Introducing the Hideaway Socks…..perfect for a lazy Saturday on the couch, a cozy Sunday in bed, or for any day when you need a little extra comfort! This is a unisex design that comes in three sizes suitable for teens and adults, and each of the sizes have already been tested by some wonderful fellow Ravelers. Whether you prefer double pointed needles or the Magic Loop method, this pattern is perfect for both!
The yarn featured is the “MCN Luxe Sock” yarn from Fiberphile, an independent dyer in New England. This is a luscious blend of merino, cashmere, and nylon that gives you great elasticity, yummy softness, and a bit of sheen and extra strength in your socks. And the “Sakura” colorway, created especially to support Japanese tsunami relief efforts, is the perfect delicate color for this simply elegant texture. Only one skein was needed for the largest size pictured here, so it’s a great project to use up those prized single skeins in your stash!
