Arcuate Cowl

This generously-sized, unisex cowl features three giant ribbed cables twisting their way around the circumference of the cowl. The cowl is knit flat and grafted together for a seamless, and reversible, result! Wear it around your shoulders to keep the chill away or wrap it twice around your neck for the ultimate cozy accessory.

Finished, Blocked Size:
56” (142 cm) in circumference and 13” (33 cm) deep

Yarn:
–Quince & Co. Puffin (100% American wool; approximately 112 yds (102 m)/100g (3.5 oz)): “Frank’s Plum,” 5 skeins

Needles:
Size US 13 (9.0mm) needles, or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions:
waste yarn for provisional cast on; cable needle; yarn needle

Gauge:
16 sts / 16 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Cable Pattern, after blocking
10 sts / 16 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch, after blocking
