The Cupola hat combines plush ribbing, an intricate diamond cable and a classic tweed yarn to create a timeless winter accessory for men and women.

Choose a heavy worsted or aran-weight yarn in a solid or mostly solid color, like (a) the blend of Merino wool and cashmere in the elegant gray tweed of Valley Yarns Taconic or (b) the vibrant green glow of domestic Merino wool in Jill Draper Makes Stuff Hudson yarn, to ensure that the hat is especially warm and soft.

The hat is worked in one piece in the round from the brim to the top.  The cable pattern is written and charted!
